We process the hazelnuts in our own facility

We buy in-shell hazelnuts from orchards in Ordu and Giresun. At our facility in Altınordu we crack them and separate the 13-15 mm kernels; the roasted kernels are roasted and skinned there too. In the same facility we also prepare hazelnuts for chocolate and confectionery makers.
